Did you noticed it snowed in Boise today?
I almost slept too late to miss it. It was lightly coming down when I got up and looked outside. Pretty, but I don’t think it is so pretty when I have to salt & shovel the sidewalks at work at night.
Last night after work I got a sweaty half hour in after work at 2am. Still continuing with the No Excuses theme thanks to the Biggest Loser.
This morning, after I made my BFs lunch & got a dinner of ground turkey & beans in the crock-pot for chili, I threw back on most of my workout clothes from last night and slogged 2 miles on the treadmill in the clubhouse.
I had to wait 5 minutes for the 2 clubhouse treadmills due to a mother/daughter new years resolutioners crawling at a 2.0 speed. I think this was their first time in the workout room because they didn’t know the ‘mills inclined. I told them I did a lot of my workouts last year for my hilly half marathon & marathon on these treadmills with the inclines on.
I did over 2miles at average 4.5 with the last .20 at 7.0. My inclines varied from .5-7.0. The inclines really help my crampy calves.
What was your workout today? Do you do multiple workouts in one day just to get it all in?
How do you feel about all the new years resolutioners taking up all the machines?
