I did a quickie slog on the greenbelt today (over 60 degrees! Cloudy but perfect)
I even walked a block to the post office to do some mail related business. I ran a errand. So convenient to do at some times. I took along my Aphmipod belt thingie because what I wore included no pockets. Needed a way to take my cell phone and keys with me. Thankfully my mail fit in there. Just barely.
The river is still rapidly flowing.
And I am still a dork.
Do you use your runs as a way to get from here to there to multitask for something else or do you just use runs as exercise and training?
