Happy Weekend! We made it to the weekend Yay!
I hope everyone got some form of calorie burning in at some point during the week. I took it pretty easy this week, but I think that I have a pretty good desire and routine to where I NEED to run. Every day or I feel guilty. Or a little to hyper/cranky/ect.
Friday afternoon I dropped the vacuum handle on my foot and now it is bruised and a little swollen. I hope that it feels better soon. I kinda wanted to start my 50K training soon!
T-day I didn’t have turkey. We had crab and champange at the BF’s mothers house. So fancy. And I think the 4 adults put away almost 3 bottles of bubbly. I did make a turkey (a 20 pound beast) for me on Friday, so I won’t be without – for quite a few days. But for the first time in my life I actually got the “when is our family going to expand?” talk. Never. Had. That. Happen. Ever. I guess that is what happens when you are with someone for almost 6 years…
It was pretty freaking hard to get the BF to go workout before our crab feast. Since the BF sprained his ankle this summer, hes kinda been slacking on the working out. His ankle is fine, but just been too busy to workout. You know the excuse.
I somehow convinced him (it took a while) to go trot around the track for a bit. I did 4 pretty good miles on the school track. My miles were a very nice negative split of 11:08, 10:22, 10:05 and walked/ran the last mile with the BF.
The BF did claim my new headband for his own. So much for me having an xmas present.
He is also wearing my Payette Lake Run shirt.
Speaking of xmas presents. My tights came with a hole in one of the seams. I am pretty sad that an $85 item has to be returned. 🙁
Wednesday I did 2 workouts. I did a pre-work workout that was a mile on the treddy and a half hour of weights. I then ran just a mile outside my house after work.

Monday was 5 miles outside in an hour on the greenbelt.
Hope everyone had a great week. Good luck to everyone at the Seattle Marathon this weekend. Seattle has a very special place in my heart.
What is your workout plans this weekend?
