I have vowed to make this week better then the last. I know I have a lot of work to do before we go on our cruise in a week or so, and we have a lot of money we have to earn to pay for the other halves way too costly dental work. I feel that long days are ahead.
Monday – 4 Miles. I kinda had a meltdown where I needed to get errands done or a workout done first. The other half wasn’t listening to me when I asked what his plans were. I was planning on errands and he was expecting workout. Well, the errands won and I was able to come home and hop on the treddy before dinner. When 2 of you work from home and don’t have a schedule, things kinda don’t get done. I like my workout done before I get too lazy. Today, I did accomplish that. I had to have a meltdown but I’m trying to make my miles a priority.
Tuesday – A little bit of strength stuff with my weights and stretching.
Wednesday – An hour on the treaddy run / walking. Plus weights again.
I was looking through some old posts on my phone from last year that I had saved from my weight loss challenge. Some Fitspo stuff. I actually have the BBG work outs on my computer, but I am too lazy to actually start the whole 12 week program. But I may give this other one I saved a try.

Thursday – Weights. I really put the hurt on my upper body, but I know it needs it.
Friday – I actually had a job interview at a new coffee shop in town. I don’t need or want a job but figured I need to get out of the MILs basement a little more and meet more people. I did part of Fridays post and did an hour on the treddy at a 5% incline.
Saturday – I registered for the Rim to Rim, but I decided that I want to do the half rim this year. Its only about 2 miles shorter but I just don’t feel speedy enough to accomplish the full in a reasonable amount of time.
